The money was deposited with the registrar, Supreme Court, by Haren Ventures, which is believed to be SpeakAsia’s sister wing. SpeakAsia stated that it would return money to others too but the police who are probing the case are not ready to believe them.

“If they are interested in returning the money, it’s a good move. However, why only Rs 50 crore? They should return all the Rs 2,276 crore which is on our records. Why do they want to pay only a few hundred people, while there are over 24 lakh investors across the country?” a police officer asked, referring to the 2.2% that the Rs 50 crore made up. Investigators suspect that SpeakAsia office-bearers are not serious about returning the money. “If they are concerned about the panelists, they should deposit more money. Why only Rs 50 crore? If you distribute Rs 50 crore among 24 lakh investors, how much will each investor get, Rs 208.33?” an observer commented. The police began a probe in 2011 and have nabbed 10 persons. SpeakAsia, floated in 2010, allegedly duped people by posing as a survey company. Over 200 bank accounts, reportedly belonging to the prime suspect and its office-bearers, have been frozen, with Rs 142 crore lying in the accounts.

The rented office of SpeakAsia in Andheri has been shut down and the police had seized two hard disks from there. The panelists’ amount was channelized through various accounts. Among the frozen accounts, the Kritanj Management account had Rs 32 crore .

Previously Speak Asia started doing YUG Ads in print media now TVC Skyshop starts not only selling but advertising in print media and attracting customers. According to TVC, YUG has 600+ service centers in India so I don’t think there would any problem buying that but YUG needs to have a dedicated website listing everything for consumers to know or atleast somewhere where all service centers are. It has to do that else it will loose its identity and become merely another local Chinese brand.

Not sure how true this message is as there is nothing official from Speak Asia Online nor any new popup.

Regarding A2Z news channel, we tried searching if that channel does exist and has been bought by Speak Asia or not. We got to know that a news channel with the name A2Z does exist but whether it has been bought by Speak Asia is not clear yet. Nor any news from the channel itself.

Here is the insight to it:

The yellow screen as it is known as in Dot Net terminology, is displayed when the error occurs at the server side and not at client side.

This yellow screen displays the exact error in its description.

Speak Asia Online website is displaying “Could not load file or assembly ‘AjaxControlToolkit’ or one of its dependencies. There is not enough space on the disk. (Exception from HRESULT: 0×80070070)”, as clear from the error one the control toolkit from Microsoft for additional web controls used over the website.

The error is occurring due to the non existence of AJax toolkit, which is possible when in the web farming one of the servers have been taken down or taken away.

In web farming applications are deployed on multiple servers where some of the components lie on one server and some on others, this is also called n tier architecture of the portal. Whole server is not down, but it seems that some of the servers have been taken down, which proves the theory that EOW has taken some server for investigation.

They have been existent, fighting and trying to proof themselves but authorities do not wish to listen to anything. Is there some other motive behind their intentions is what every Speak Asian is seeking an answer to.

Rallies are being conducted in every part of country, be it Punjab, Mumbai, Pune etc.

Important thing to note here is that just one complaint and COO behind bars. If 20 lakhs panelists register complaints against the corrupt leaders then next parliament session will be held in Tihar Jail.

Important points to mention about the exit option is:

If you have been with the company for more than 3 months then there is no point leaving the company as you will not get any refund back but can utilize the RPs in your account.

But if you think you have not earned enough RPs to compensate your investment then you can exit from the company and you will be refunded money equals to your investment minus RPs.
